The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to all the attractions and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see as young people. The subway was also nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus.

The breakfast room got crowded at times, but it didn't bother us too much.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a 30th anniversary/50th birthday trip. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the location was excellent, with a fantastic view of the Empire State building. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout and a mini fridge with a microwave. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch, and the gym was small but well-equipped. One of the biggest highlights was being able to check-in to our room at 7 am when we arrived from the airport.

Would recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay at this low-budget hotel and can't wait to go back. The staff was amicable, the room was well-appointed and huge with a bathroom.

We were really surprised by the excellent breakfast options, always fully stocked and fresh. Despite crowded mornings, the staff did an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. we would recommend Springhill Suites.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the major attractions and subway stations. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was fast and courteous.

The breakfast seating area was quite small and often crowded, difficult to find a table. The hot items at breakfast were limited, and there was not much fresh fruit available.

The door to the bathroom that's not private. The elevator floors were dirty for a long time. I have the same breakfast every day.

This hotel in Midtown has a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast included in the rate is a great bonus, offering a variety of options to start your day.

We loved the central location of this hotel, easy for us to walk to most of the main midtown attractions and Broadway. The staff was very hospitable and gave helpful advice about transportation and sightseeing options. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping services. Lastly, the breakfast provided a good start to our day, with coffee, tea, and delicious pastries available.

The location of this hotel is amazing, with plenty of good places to go nearby. The staff is polite and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The check-in and checkout process was quick and hassle-free. I really appreciated the fact that they offer a secure bag storage service who want to explore the city after checking out.
